If the product does not work for you or you are unhappy for any reason, we will refund your purchase in full. You do not need to send the product back. You keep it.

PRODUCT USE

Dear Biology products are general wellness products. Any sleep related statements or claims are based on customer feedback and internal data and are not evaluated by the United States Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory authority. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Dear Biology offers subscriptions for our flagship 30 pack. Subscriptions renew every 30 days unless canceled. By starting a subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method for each renewal at the price in effect at the time of renewal.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by emailing info@dearbiology.com. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, you must cancel before the next billing date. All cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

You are responsible for keeping your billing information accurate and up to date.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30 day, no questions asked return policy on your first purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, email us at info@dearbiology.com with your name and order number. We will refund your full purchase amount and you keep the product. Shipping costs are not refundable. Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

By placing an order, you agree that all information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We accept credit cards, Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, and additional payment options as made available.

All orders are subject to acceptance. We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, incorrect information, or improper use.

Products purchased from Dear Biology are for personal use only. Reselling Dear Biology products is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears to be intended for resale.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

Prices and product availability may change at any time. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information, we do not guarantee that descriptions or images on the site are error free. If a pricing error occurs, we will cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

SHIPPING

We currently ship to the United States and will expand to Canada and international markets. Shipping times are estimates. Once an item leaves our facility, the carrier assumes responsibility. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
